Financial wellness isn’t just about budgeting spreadsheets or earning more money.
It’s about feeling grounded, intentional, and confident in the life you’re building.
For decades, I did everything I was supposed to do.. I built the career. Earned the income. Handled the responsibilities. Made sure the bills were paid.
But behind the scenes, I felt disconnected from my finances. I was earning well, yet constantly wondering where my money was going and whether I was actually building long-term security.
Like many first-generation professionals, I carried emotional money stories I didn’t fully understand at the time.. pressure, scarcity, guilt, avoidance, and the belief that financial stress was simply normal.
My own journey through debt, financial overwhelm, and rebuilding my relationship with money completely changed the way I viewed financial wellness.
That journey became the foundation for Blissful Vida.
Because financial wellness is about more than numbers. It’s about learning how to feel safe, intentional, and empowered with money while creating systems that actually support the life you want to build.
I help ambitious professionals navigate the emotional and practical sides of money so they can stop avoiding their finances, build healthier habits, and create long-term financial clarity without shame, fear, or hustle culture.

Most financial education focuses only on tactics:
budgeting, saving, debt payoff, investing.
And while those tools matter, practical strategy alone often doesn’t create lasting change.
The truth is, our emotions, experiences, upbringing, and cultural context shape the way we interact with money every day.
That’s why my work blends:
emotional awareness
practical financial strategy
intentional spending habits
financial clarity systems
accountability and support
culturally-aware conversations around money
I believe financial wellness should feel approachable, supportive, and realistic, not judgmental, overwhelming, or rooted in hustle culture.
My goal is to help people build trust with themselves around money so they can make financial decisions from a place of clarity instead of fear.
